Credit with clear terms.
These terms apply when a business buys prepaid QuietPass API credit. A purchase is a one-time payment and does not approve access to other people’s numbers.
Who provides the service
QuietPass is operated by C9 Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17292146, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact hello@quietpass.com.
Version: paid-credit-2026-10-19. These payment terms supplement the website terms, the prices you accept in your workspace, and any separately agreed service or data processing terms. QuietPass is offered for business and professional developer use. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorized to act for the named business.
One-time purchases and currency
You can purchase 5, 10, or 25 units of prepaid credit in your workspace’s fixed currency: GBP, USD, or EUR. The amount, currency, and total payable are shown before payment. C9 Ventures Ltd is not currently UK VAT-registered.
There is no subscription, automatic payment, or automatic top-up. A purchase does not change the workspace’s currency, convert existing balances, or renew complimentary beta credit. Purchased credit stays in that workspace and cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed as cash.
When credit becomes available
Stripe hosts the card payment form. QuietPass adds purchased credit only after independently confirming the payment. Returning to QuietPass from checkout is not itself confirmation. You can review the purchase reference and status in Balance & credit.
Purchased credit is separate from complimentary credit. The beta grant expires after 14 days and permits up to 100 billable requests. Those limits do not apply to purchased credit, which has no scheduled expiration. Supplier coverage, request limits, and service availability still apply.
Usage and business approval
The package prices are £0.02 / US$0.02 / €0.02 for phone checks and £0.03 / US$0.03 / €0.03 for messaging apps, per number, per request. These are fixed local prices. Formatting, validation, and basic type are free. Each selected paid package is charged once when at least one requested check gives a definite answer, including a definite negative. An entirely unavailable or inconclusive package costs zero.
Review a quote before executing a lookup. The maximum is reserved while the request runs, and unused amounts are released when it settles. QuietPass uses eligible complimentary credit before purchased credit.
Until QuietPass manually approves your business and use case, you may query only your own uniquely registered and SMS-verified number. Buying credit, creating an API key, or submitting an application does not grant broader access. You are responsible for having the necessary permission and lawful basis for each lookup. Coverage information describes available checks, rather than guaranteeing an answer for every number.
Refunds and payment problems
To request a refund of unused purchased credit, email hello@quietpass.com with the workspace and payment reference. Do not email card details. We verify the unused amount, including pending requests, before arranging a refund to the original payment method. Credit already used for completed, correctly billed checks is not unused credit. If we billed a request incorrectly, contact us so we can investigate and correct it.
Refunded credit is removed from the wallet. Pending refunds reserve the relevant purchased credit; a failed or canceled refund releases that reservation. A payment dispute or refund of already spent credit can pause the workspace pending review. Complimentary credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If C9 discontinues the paid service, contact us to arrange the return of unused purchased credit.

See our privacy notice and data handling overview for account, payment, supplier, and retention information. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted form; QuietPass retains payment references, amounts, currency, status, and accounting records.
A new published price version requires acceptance before it applies to your workspace. Payment records retain the version accepted for each purchase.
