Trust & privacy

Clear terms from the start.

These terms explain use of the QuietPass website and business early-access requests. Submitting the form does not buy a service, approve a use case, or activate paid usage.

Operator and scope

The website is operated by C9 Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17292146), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact david@quietpass.com. These terms are dated October 16, 2026 and concern this website and early-access inquiry process.

QuietPass is intended for business and developer use. A live API service, trial, pricing schedule, supplier conditions, and any required data processing agreement must be agreed separately before the relevant access or charges begin. An access request is an inquiry, not acceptance of a paid subscription or a commitment by either party to provide a service.

Access requests and evaluation

Provide accurate business and project information and submit only information you are authorized to share. We review requests according to product fit, supported markets, permitted uses, and supplier requirements. A form confirmation acknowledges receipt; it is not an approval, delivery date, or promise of coverage.

Keep sign-in codes and API credentials private. Evaluation access is personal to the authorized account and organization. Do not bypass verified-number restrictions, query other people’s numbers without the necessary permission and lawful basis, or treat test credentials or an engineering balance as permission for live supplier traffic.

Permitted website use

You may read and link to the public website and use its documentation to assess an integration. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misrepresent identity or approval, or use the inquiry form to distribute spam. Respect applicable law and intellectual property rights.

The QuietPass name, marks, website design, and original materials belong to C9 Ventures Ltd or the relevant licensor. Public access does not transfer ownership or grant permission to suggest endorsement. Third-party libraries and materials retain their own licenses.

Examples, coverage, and limitations

Illustrative examples are labeled and may not represent a live supplier response. Documentation and coverage can change as integrations are completed. Confirm the relevant country, carrier, dataset, approval, and commercial terms before relying on a network check.

Number validation does not prove assignment, ownership, reachability, or SMS delivery. Carrier information can change. A SIM-swap signal is one input to a proportionate risk assessment and does not establish fraud or identity. An unavailable result must not be treated as a negative finding.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with website information but do not promise that it is complete, continuously available, or suitable for a particular application. The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable. Evaluate documentation and examples for your intended use before deployment.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising solely from reliance on free website information or illustrative examples, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for a contracted API service is governed by its separate agreement.

Privacy, concerns, and governing law

Our privacy notice explains how we handle inquiry and account information. Our data handling overview explains the service flow.

Please contact david@quietpass.com with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Updates apply from their stated date and do not retrospectively change a separate signed agreement.
